Who We Are
Who is Steele?
Steele is from Atlantic, Iowa. He graduated Atlantic High School in 2021 and Graduated DMACC in 2023 with a certificated Ag Business and Sales.
In October of 2020 Steele was in a hunting accident and suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. He spent 2 months in UNMC in Omaha, 3 months at Madonna Rehabilitation Centers in Omaha, and 2 months in New Orleans, LA doing Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments. Steele also spent several months in out patient therapy at Cass Health in Atlantic, IA and On with Life in Ankeny, IA. During Steele's journey our community gave us countless donations to ease the burden as much as possible.
Today Steele works full-time, lives on his own and is very independent. Now that Steele is back on his feet and living a great life, the Strong As Steele Foundation has been created to return favors we received.
Our Mission
Strong As Steele Foundation is a non-for-profit foundation created to help communities who supported Steele and for individuals in similar medical situations as he once was by contributing monetary donations for their needs.
Our Goals
The Strong As Steele Foundation is dedicated to providing monetary donations to the communities that have supported us. In addition, our mission is to help relieve the burden from individuals facing similar medical and life challenges as our founder, Steele, by offering financial assistance and resources.
